Gastronomy is the history made flavours of any territory. Here you will find a wide range of agricultural products, such as Majorero tomatoes, olive oil, award-winning goat's cheeses, wines, natural liquors, among many others.
These products are called KM 0 because many of them are grown in the territory, do not generate as much waste and some are not packaged, so they do not need preservatives or chemicals to withstand the journey of transport.
In its small village restaurants, specialities such as goat meat, stews, "ropa vieja", "gofio escaldao" or "potajes del día" are typical of the island's culture.
